5+ development experience in OO design, and design patterns
3+ years in developing software for mobile devices
3+ years experience in Web Services (SOAP, XML, WSDL)
Experience with code inspection and defect management tools
Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience in writing requirements and design documents
Strong, proven individual and team performer
ADDITIONAL ASSETS
Experience with Unit Testing and Unit Testing frameworks such as JUnit
Ability to work in a Test-Driven Development environment
Experience with Single Sign-On products and cookie management
Experience with HTML and JavaScript
Experience with data transfer and messaging protocols
Experience with desktop social networking features (e.g. Blogs, Wikis, Forums) and products (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Ability to lead development of cross-team product feature implementations
