Job Summary:

The Task-Order Lead must possess significant experience providing day-to-day management and supervision of contract support operations potentially involving multiple tasks, large groups of personnel, and multiple locations. Task-Order Lead shall have extensive knowledge and experience to provide technical guidance. The Task-Order Lead is used to supervise Contractor Personnel at the work-site during the period of the task order. The Task-Order Lead will bring performance issues to the attention of the employee when required. Job Summary:

Provide a resource for capital structure analysis as well as the control, execution and settlement of derivative financial instruments used in the hedging of interest rates, foreign currency and equities.  Assist in driving the automation of accounting, record keeping and effectiveness testing of derivative financial instruments and standardize analytical platforms and integrate data feeds into other functional areas.
          
Primary Responsibilities:
·         Treasury analytics related to Foreign Exchange exposures
·         Treasury analytics and modeling on rating impacts of various transactions
o   Share Repurchases
o   Capital Structure Changes
o   Business Development
·         Execution and documentation and cash settlement of Derivatives and ensure that derivative accounting, effectiveness testing, and recordkeeping meets FAS 133/FAS 138 requirements.
·         FX Press and optimize its capabilities to automate record derivative accounting, recordkeeping, effectiveness testing and cash requirements forecasting and communication.
·         Ensure that authorizations are secured per the Delegation of Authority and SOX compliance
·         Perform covenant tests
·         Assist in structuring hedges
·         Due diligence and assist in the execution of Capital Market Transactions
·         Ensure accuracy of content of all rating agency releases on our client’s business
·         Preparation of annual ratings agency review
·         Monthly treasury closing analysis

Job Summary:

The Manager of Systems Engineering will contribute to, and lead as necessary, the design and development of technology products and applications. Will contribute to and lead the specification and system design phases of the system development life cycle, lead a team of system engineers, manage the design and implementation of new system development and enhancement efforts, and coordinate systems integration and software/hardware testing with other technologists. Will assist team members with the isolation and resolution of system issues, lead root-cause analyses, communicate options for resolution and provide recommendations to customer-facing system defects.  Will provide consensus based enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable and sustainable with ever changing business needs. Will perform complex analysis and design of system components/applications and architecture, including estimating, planning, scheduling, and coordination of agile projects, and plan and execute system and product development projects, organize and monitor technical development activities to meet performance goals, meet schedule and budget goals, author specifications and SOWs, provide supplier technical management support, and function as a Cost Account Manager (CAM). Will participate in customer and IRAD proposals, lead technical proposal activities, and organize and perform estimation of budget and schedule for engineering tasks. Will generate and review BOEs and defend them through proposal sign-off by Senior Management. Will organize and lead risk management activities in development and proposal activities, develop documentation and elicit inputs from the technical team, organize documents and presentations in a clear and concise fashion that is easily understood by the project stakeholders, and prepare, participate, and lead technical meetings and project reviews. In addition, this position is responsible for the staffing of Systems Engineering activities and the execution of these tasks when awarded.  The Manager of Systems Engineering will also serve as the Project Engineer on both IRAD and customer funded efforts whenever necessary.

Position requires a BS (MS Preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other technical field.  The Systems Engineering manager must have at least 15 year of engineering experience with communications systems (SATCOM preferred).  Must have at least 10 years of technical project management experience (as a Project Engineer or IPT Lead) with responsibility for technical performance, schedule and budget performance objectives in DoD-contractor (preferred) and/or commercial (desired) environments utilizing requirements driven design management.  Must have at least 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project as a tool for estimating, scheduling and financial management.  Must have at least 5 years of functional engineering management experience.  Must have at least 10 years of experience with 2 or more of the following modulation types:  BPSK, (O,Ï€/4)QPSK, (M-)FSK, (G)MSK, (M-)QAM, or DS/SS.  Must have at least 10 years of experience in with 2 or more of the following access methods: FDMA, TDMA, MF-TDMA, CDMA, or OFDMA waveforms.  Must have at least 5 years of experience with 2 or more of the following FEC codes: Turbo, Reed-Solomon, convolutional with Viterbi, TCM, or LDPC.  At least 3 years of experience with DISA Modem Certification is and ARSTRAT SHF SATCOM Terminal Certification are preferred. Any kind of LOS/SATCOM commercial/military waveform interoperability certifications experience is required. At least 3 years of experience with EMI/EMC, CE Marking, and FIPS Certification Testing is desired.  Experience with general digital and RF test equipment such as logic analyzers and spectrum analyzers is required.  Experience writing test plans and procedures for electronic equipment is required.  Must also have experience and familiarity with IP networking technology and concepts.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.  Experience with formal requirements management tools (such as DOORS or ReqPro) is desired.  Experience with SNMP, Wireshark, iPerf, and time and frequency domain analyzers is desired.  

Must have proven ability to sell ideas, negotiate favorable outcomes, and strongly influence the capture of additional customer funding. Ability to develop and communicate a compelling technical vision and inspire others to realize the vision is highly desired. Ability to identify and hire top talent is required.

Excellent technical skills demonstrating a thorough understanding of software and hardware design, development, and test is required as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate information effectively to both internal and external customers, managers and technical staff. 

Organizational skills to work with a variety of people in different disciplines and working from multiple locations on tasks involving vast amounts of rapidly changing information are required. 

Strong interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders such as customers, program management, product management, and engineering are a must. 

Ability to quickly grasp the "big picture", identify critical project/system areas based on key stakeholders needs and plan a project to effectively address those needs using an understanding of business operation and management principles is required. 

Must demonstrate the ability to sustain a great amount of attention to detail to meet both engineering and business needs.

Position Summary

The Manager, Engineering Infrastructure manages a team of system and network engineers in developing efficient infrastructure systems, utilizing various technologies to help meet rapidly changing business needs in the areas of productivity improvement, cost reduction, regulatory compliance support, and business scalability. The Manager, Engineering Infrastructure is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and administration of processes and procedures that are used to ensure the reliability, recoverability, and optimum performance of servers, storage systems, and networks. In addition, the Manager, Engineering Infrastructure is responsible for both back-office infrastructure operations as well as new enterprise system implementations, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include the following:

Recommend, plan, and implement infrastructure technology to support and meet the organization’s business requirements.
Ensure infrastructure is designed for reliability, availability, maintainability, security, and sustainability and drives internal processes to reflect highly available and reliable systems.
Work cooperatively with internal departments and serve as a resource for technology related issues.
Lead all infrastructure maintenance and upgrade efforts to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve competitive advantages.
Manage, motivate, delegate, and empower staff in the successful performance of their tasks and responsibilities while encouraging innovation.
Initiate and maintain contact with vendors to identify and document system requirements and set priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
Assess company needs, as well as collaborate with technology architects to develop long- and short-term strategies for servers, storage, operating systems, and configuration enhancements that support business and service-level objectives.
Create reports based on infrastructure monitoring and system performance metrics.
Manage the development, implementation, and administration of processes and procedures to ensure the reliability, recoverability, and optimum performance of servers, storage systems, and networks.
Be accountable for infrastructure project budgets as well as group staffing budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate technical discipline; experience and/or specific training may be considered in the absence of a degree; minimum of five (5) years of experience in Windows Server platforms, Active Directory 2003/2008 Domain administration, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Cisco networks, storage networks (NetApp, Sun, and EMC), VMWare virtualization, and Veritas backup systems; or an associate's degree and seven (7 years) of applicable experience, or nine (9) years of related technology experience, which includes:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in building, deploying, and managing Linux systems
A minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams in infrastructure planning, deployment, and maintenance
A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing data centers and cloud implementation projects
Experience working in a fast-pace environment, and working across multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational, communication and presentations skills
Results oriented, team player and self motivated
Ability to exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Ability to sit for an extended period of time, engage in continuous repetitive motion, type frequently, and lift up to 45 pounds
Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule of others on a long term basis (greater than 6 months)
Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken and written word; compose, edit, and proof materials such as detailed reports, work related manuals, and publications for wide release

Responsibilities:

Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.

Design and develop enterprise applications in a collaborative environment

Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply with Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.

Document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules.

Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation
The successful applicant will possess the following requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrable software development experience in c#

Proficient in Windows development and C# and be strong with database design

Strong SQL Server development skills is a plus
