In-Home Sales/Design Consultant
You will be conducting in-home
sales / design appointments, demonstrating our quality products, explaining
options, and assisting the customer with appropriate selections.
Using our
proprietary quoting software, you can provide in-home quotes quickly and
efficiently. Customers can initiate their window treatment order with you from
the convenience of their home.
Additionally you will serve as a liaison with the stores where our
products are sold, developing relationships and building interest in our
product offerings. You will promote our brand and train store associates to
generate leads.
Requirements
For this position, we require someone with a
minimum of 3 years sales experience or experience with interior design or
window treatments. Candidates must have reliable and presentable
transportation. Background and credit check are required.
We are seeking energetic, self motivated
individuals with the following qualities:
Organized with good attention to detail
Able to accurately read a tape measure
Outstanding people skills with a strong sales
and customer service focus
High standard of integrity and strong work ethic
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and
general computer skills
We provide all training and provide ongoing
support.
