You will be accountable for the development and
implementation of Reliability and Maintenance Management Standards in
accordance with best practice across whole of Santos.
Project managing the
implementation of RAMMS standards, you will understand and maintain your
knowledge of Reliability and Maintenance global best practice and performance
benchmarks for the upstream oil and gas industry, complying with company EHS
policy and procedures, and be accountable for the implementation of a program
to deliver OPEX savings and availability improvement across the business.
With Engineering qualifications, preferably in
Maintenance / Reliability Engineering, you will have significant Reliability
and Maintenance operations experience working across multiple assets. Your
significant experience will be demonstrated through your strong understanding
of key technical approaches for Reliability Management, including RCM,
Availability Modelling, Planning, Scheduling systems, Bad Actor analysis and
Defect Elimination processes. You will have a background in Continuous
Improvement and implementing change programs at business unit level, with
proven leadership ability.
