Responsible for
leading the architectural and interior design management function in the
company.
The person will be
required interact with client, write and review client briefs, prepare and
track project schedules and budgets. In consultation with other team members,
clients and consultants, the person is expected to check and review drawings of
all discipline to confirm site suitability and inter conflicts as far as
possible and track changes.
The successful
candidate should have the leadership skills and the maturity to be able to
successfully coordinate complex teams. Further the position requires skills in
establishing communication protocols, organizing meetings and document
management etc.
Education – Graduation
in Architecture.
