JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledgeable in Mission Foods finished product specification limits and how to react when out of specification
Performs analysis in accordance with Quality Plan
Capable of approving raw materials
Familiar with all manufacturing parameters that apply to TQ work instructions
Identifies, communicates, and segregates non-conforming product
Re-evaluates non-conforming product and communicating results to TQ Management
Monitor production areas for compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices policy
collect and record samples for shelf-life and sticking analysis
Records results accurately and neatly on all documents produced
Work in a safe manner and preserves equipment in working order
Maintain a professional relationship with all plant personnel
Perform shift report activities in SAP
Monitor CCP according to HACCP plan
Notifies TQ Management when lab equipment is not working properly
Notifies TQ Management of inventory levels of lab supplies
Participate in plant committees
Perform other duties as assigned by TQ Manager
Reports food safety issues to TQ Manager
