What’s the role?
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be primarily responsible for Level 1-2 support with some exposure to Level 3. Common tasks include resolving user issues around lower level network support, office moves, new user setup and permissions, software and hardware installations and general trouble-shooting. With 160 staff across 6 locations, your day will be busy and full of variety.
What are we looking for?
You will be qualified in Computer Science/IT with successful experience in a similar role. It is also essential that you have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels, build rapport quickly and work with competing priorities.
Your application must provide examples your experience in all of the following mandatory areas. To be the successful candidate you must possess:
• Solid general IT knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Exposure to Windows operating systems, including Active Directory
• Citrix experience
• Systems experience
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Strong customer service focus with a desire to deliver and exceed expectations
• Well developed written and verbal communication
VM Ware experience would be desirable
