What you need for this position:
8+yrs Java - JDK 1.6, JDBC, I/O, Collections, Threads, Interfaces, Callbacks
UI development using SWING
RMI, distributed Java architectures & technology
Multithreaded and Multi-User Client Server application development
It is a plus if you have:
Java application server frameworks (JBOSS)
Web client technology (AJAX)
Database Design and Administration (MySQL, Oracle 10g)
Linux configuration and administration
