Works closely with Sales, Finance and Operations

Bachelor's degree and five years project/program
management or healthcare
operations experience or equivalent combination
of education and experience.
Masters degree in health care administration,
business or public health
preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
skills to support complex program
metrics tracking and reporting to functional
areas and Senior Management.
Must possess excellent time management and
organizational skills and be able to
handle multiple high profile, complex projects
simultaneously.
Be able to effectively communicate with internal
stakeholders on sales and
operational objectives.
Excellent planning, organizational,
interpersonal and written/verbal
communication skills; strong leadership
capabilities, and ability to initiate
and maintain cross-team relationships.
Understanding of the health care market and/or
health plan operations strongly
preferred.
Understanding of profit/loss accountability,
market analysis and research.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products,
functions, and marketing/service
policies and procedures.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to
design strategies in alignment
with Company goals.
