The analyst will regularly analyze member spend
information for verification of accurate processing.
The position also supports
projects and ad hoc reporting for multiple departments within the family of
companies. The analyst works closely with department management all levels
providing an expertise in analyzing data, managing projects and embracing
constant change.
Responsibilities
Manage quality assurance process for all m ember
spend analysis and reporting
Create complex test scenarios and manage the
test cases to verify issue resolution and new processes
Develop and maintain multiple queries using SQL
and Access
Develop and refine reports in Access or Excel
for external department use ad hoc requests
Identify and research potential and identified
data issues
Produce and analyze member competitive pricing
requests
Analytics project lead on major and minor
projects
Strong attention to detail
Ability to see connection between cause and
effect
Interact with senior management, internal and
external clients to address and resolve data issues
Develop, refine and standardize procedures for
data and information analysis and reporting
Serve as resource to others regarding functional
knowledge and expertise to department management and others outside the
department
Conduct research and analyses to identify issues
and develop solutions
Develop, maintain and supoprt in-house queue
respoitory
Ability to gather, understand and interpret
monthly KPI metrics and reporting
Develop custom automation solutions based on
business needs for senior management, internal and external customers
Qualifications
Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
in data analysis
Process Improvement exposure preferred
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft SQL
Advanced Microsoft Access
Advanced Microsoft Excel
Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint
Intermediate Visio
Strong organizational, communication and
interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated with accountability and
ownership of work
Professional written and verbal communication
skills
Ability to meet short deadlines, balance
multiple tasks and achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy with
minimal supervision
Must be customer service oriented
Ability to create and present executive level
PowerPoint presentations, sometimes with minimal notice
