As an integral part of
our HR team, you will provide support in the function areas of human resources
including but not limited to recruitment, maintaining the HRIS database
employee records, benefits
administration, training, answering employee
inquiries, running and interpreting reports, and special projects. Essential
responsibilities will include coordination and tracking new hire and compliance
paperwork, to assist with recruitment of employees, and ensure that human
resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements
and Company policies and procedures.
Work closely with
management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human
resources, organizational and employee development, at the business unit or
division level.
Consult with employees
and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to
resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
Participate in
company-wide initiatives and programs (including, but not limited to, salary
review, workforce planning, and organizational change).
Assist management with
the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural
and process-oriented perspectives.
Screen resumes and
applications, conduct candidate interviews.
Conduct research and
analyze data on assigned projects.
Your Expertise
Bachelor’s degree or
higher in the field of Human Resources Management, Business Management, or
Organizational Behavior preferred
2-3 years full-time
professional and progressive HR experience preferred
Demonstrable
analytical skills; ability to manipulate large amounts of data and present
meaningful metrics and reports
Process-oriented with
demonstrated ability to identify efficiencies
A team-player with the
ability to multi-task, remain organized and prioritize work in a dynamic and
complex environment
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Familiarity with ADP
systems – Preferably Enterprise
Experience with HRIS
is strongly preferred
Excellent
communication skills (verbal and written) required
