Working within the IT Service Delivery team you will be expected to formulate work process improvements, develop an auditing framework relating to the Technology Division and formulate a variety of IT governance procedures. In addition you will be required to implement an audit programme for service delivery, and conduct a reviewal of legislative regulations.
Additionally you will develop and maintain the IT service catalogue, manage Known Errors and Work Arounds to ensure permanent solutions are delivered and ensure reporting requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner. Regular liaisons with external consultants, contractors, vendors and management will be required to ensure opportunities for sustainable growth are identified and subsequently capitalised on.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 5 years experience working in an IT service delivery or IT governance environment and ITIL V3 Foundations Certification. You must also have demonstrated ability in applying quality assurance principles, experience with process design and a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience. Strong communication and presentation skills as well as proficiency using MS Word, MS Visio, MS Project and MS Excel are additional pre-requisite capabilities to be considered for this position.
