Opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team. Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment you will work independently to manage the recruitment process for multiple IT roles concurrently. You will work creatively using a wide range of methods to source high quality candidates. Using your network, job boards and internal referrals you will create a shortlist for managers. You will also participate in interviews, conduct reference checks and be involved in making offers. You will also consult to the business providing advice and contributing to the overall recruitment strategy.  
To succeed in this role you will need to be results driven and work well in a busy and dynamic team environment. Previous experience recruiting IT positions in high volumes is essential as you will need to work autonomously to meet set targets and KPIs. In particular we are looking for confident communicators and consultants who are experienced in IT recruitment who will contribute their knowledge to the business and further their career in the process.
