Supervisor – Trainer Applicant Requirements:
Strong verbal communications, including bilingual Spanish / English MANDATORY.
Must be proficient in basic computer skills including Outlook e-mail, Word and Excel.
Must have own Vehicle, Work Overnight/early morning, Available on weekends, Experience with floor care stripping and waxing and carpet cleaning and care.
The Area Operations Manager should have experience in janitorial management or retail operations required.
Must have clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
