The focus for the HR Advisor role is someone who has strong operational Employee Relations (ER) experience in a multi-site environment who is used to having to work on their own to manage a case load and making decisions on their own. This is very much an autonomous role where you are expected to run your own diary.
There are a team of 3 Advisors covering a number of branches and once the candidate has been chosen to fill the 3rd place, they will allocate certain branches to suit where you are located.
