Clinical Coder: This highly renowned and well established healthcare organisaion is looking for 6 Clinical Coders to work at various sites. The Clinical Coder will join a highly skilled administrative team working to implement an improvement methodology to ensure depth of coding and accurate funding under PbR (Payment by Results). The Clinical Coder will promote HRG4 and encourage the routine completion of accurate and comprehensive clinical information as part of the patients’ medical records. In short, the Clinical Coder’s key role is to improve the depth of coding from the Hospital’s activity data and assist in auditing, training and streamlining of process.

Clinical Coder – Key Responsibilities:

-Promote a robust data quality culture as the basis for PbR by articulating the need for and benefits of data quality in creating reliable and robust health information
-Promote the complex issues associated with PbR and HRG4
-Work closely with the Hospital’s billing and finance teams and clinical staff
-Monitor and analyse the ward listings on PAS and the completion of discharge summaries
-Code clinical information when required to ensure that the Data Quality and Clinical Coding within the Hospital achieve their deadlines. 

Clinical Coder Experience and Qualifications:

-Proven track record in Clinical Coding
-High level of competency and understanding of all aspects of clinical coding
-Experience of working with the EPR (Electronics Patient Record)
-In depth knowledge and practical experience of coding improvements, HRG validation, quality assurance, audit and resolving errors

SAS Marketing Analyst

SAS Customer Insight Analyst / SAS Marketing Analyst Overview:


You will work with extremely large, customer focused data sets and will continuously improve your SAS analysis skills.


The Person:


This role would be ideally suited to a candidate with proven commercial experience in SAS (or SQL). This experience MUST have been gained in a direct marketing or customer orientated marketing / insight position or a Retail Bank or Financial Services Enviornment. Your skills will include:


- SAS: Ideally, you will be confident with SAS Base, SAS Macro etc and be able to utilise statistical modelling techniques e.g. CHAID, Clustering, Regression. Candidates with a less advanced level of SAS will be considered on the basis of having solid SAS experience in a Marketing / Insight / Direct Marketing / Retail Banking / Financial Services environment. Candidates without SAS, must display solid experience with SQL


- SQL (if no SAS or in addition to SAS skills): Ability to work with SQL, Relational Databases and Data Mining is a bonus, however not essential. Experience with Teradata would also be beneficial but again, not essential


- Experience in Financial Services / Retail Banking environments, with a basic knowledge of financial products, such as Credit Cards, Loans, Current Account etc is beneficial, however candidates with transferable skills from telecoms or retail will be considered


- Communication: You will liaise with numerous departments on your findings and will be comfortable working with team members to help shape future direct marketing strategies

Sales/Retention Specialist

The Sales and Retention Specialist will be a member of a specialized team of technical sales and retention professionals responsible for delivering a value proposition as it relates to the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry. Services will Web based service products and cloud computing services. 

Responsibilities:
- Nurture high-end clientele and act as contact person for product sales and cancellation retentions. 
- Answer telephone and online submissions inquiries posed by customer.
- Assist customers with program questions including but not limited to in depth information on program benefits, terms and conditions, application options, as well as basic technical support on tools, and resolves any open issues with the customer.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication/phone skills
- 6 months minimum experience in sales or rentention
- Must have experience in a call center
- Experience with Cloud Computing preferred.
