Manager Bus Development (BPO/IT Services)

Candidates should have  at least 12 years of successful software and technology sales with at least 4 years selling outsourcing services within the Life Sciences or Healthcare markets, preferably with prior experience working with offshore teams. Preferred current or former employers might be Infosys, Cognizant, Headstrong, IBM Global Services, HCL, Fidelity Info Services, Oracle/I-flex, EDS, Accenture. Deloitte, AMS, Bearing Point, Tier, Maximus, or ACS. Experience working with third party advisory firms like TPI and EquaTerra is desirable. Responsibilities will include creating lead generation programs, sales forecasting, and execution planning.

Imaging Nurse

To ensure standards of patient care are maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies
To provide management of available nursing resources within the Imaging department
To promote and develop new and existing interventional imaging procedures in conjunction with Imaging Manager and Radiologists
To assist Radiologists and deploy and support the nursing staff appropriately to ensure safe standards of care to all patients
Must have at least 2 years experience of working in Acute Care

Online Product marketing executive

Currently looking for an online consumer product marketing executive with responsibility for defining and delivering strategy across a very successful consumer online product portfolio. Working across the whole online business you will work across the product lifecycle from product propositioning, product pricing, web usability and customer experience whilst being instrumental in defining and championing new developments and change within the business. Working with a dedicated insight and analytical online marketing dept you will have the ability to work collaboratively in order to shape and enhance the web product customer proposition in line with strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years in a consumer online product or commercial marketing role that champions the customer proposition first. You will also have a track record working across different departments in order to analyse and understand what is required for developing the web product proposition for the future. Software Support

Exp: 0 to 5 Years

The successful applicant will have the following technical skills:

  • SQL Server – proven experience of SQL Server (versions 2005 and above), covering all aspects such as querying/T-SQL, stored procedures, DBA tasks, performance tuning and relational database theory.
  • Windows Server – proven experience of configuring web applications in IIS. Setting them up and tracking down errors.
  • Programming – we use a combination of technologies to build web applications, including ASP, Visual Basic 6, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. We have also started development of new components in ASP.NET and C#. A good understanding of these technologies is required, and any proven commercial experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of these tools is an advantage: Crystal Reports, DTS, Visual Studio, source control (Vault) and bug tracking (FogBugz).

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing first line technical support to our in-house team of implementers.
  • Tracking support issues from initial reporting to completion. Keeping relevant people informed along the way.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is up to date.

Our company is looking for somebody who:

  • Has excellent communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills.
  • Is eager to learn and gets stuck in no matter what the issue is, picking up new technologies quickly.
  • Can work well under pressure and prioritise work demands within tight time lines
  • Has a logical thought process and relishes finding and resolving the root cause of problems.
  • Has 1-2 years proven experience in a similar role, or a degree (or equivalent) in a technical or analytical subject.

SQL DBA & Developer

 Database Design & Development, Direct Marketing, Customer Data & Systems, ETL, Data Auditing, System Testing, Performance Monitoring and Tuning, Report Production, Database Administration, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, User Defined Fucntions, DTS, SSIS/SSAS, CLR, DT Exec and Utilities.  (SQL Server 2008, VB.net, C#, HTML would be advantageous but not essential)

The Role:                               An integral member  of a small dynamic Direct & Database Marketing team: being responsible for the database ensuring that the relevant and accurate Customer Data is available for the customer data analysis front end applications (i.e. Faststats or similar customer data analysis tool).

                                                You will be responsible for Database Design and Development; SQL essential and your DBA experience will have been gained from a Direct Marketing/Customer Data environment.

Email Marketing Executive

Overall Role and Responsibilities:

Emailing companies client database via eshot and a combination of lead generation methods.

Key tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain email campaigns on an internal basis.
Manage and maintain contact email database, with a thorough understanding of email spam policies.
Ensure we are fully compliant with the latest email marketing etiquette.
Ensure the Company is compliant and registered with Data Protection and make sure Privacy Policies reflect how we use and store client data.
Create and manage set of html templates which you will populate.
Write creative and sticky email content
Liaise with the Website editor to identify current and hot topics to be included in the newsletters.
Manage and assign all inbound leads generated by the corporate site, emails and any other marketing activities.
Achieve your monthly target of generating 100 new leads.
Provide a full update on email campaigns in terms of deliverability, open ratios, unsubscribe, click throughs.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:
The ideal candidate will
demonstrate they can plan and prioritise their own time and workload to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met on time and to the required standard
understand the principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting
have experience of email campaigns including bulk eshots campaigns, newsletters, and market specific targeting – not essential
have meticulous attention to detail  to ensure messages are consistent in terms of voice, strategy and brand
have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create rapport with colleagues, clients and management
have exceptional written skills and any experience of copywriting and PR would be advantageous
This ideal candidate will be completely at ease working with spreadsheets, exporting and importing data, analysing date and identifying trends with the ability to compile a comprehensive commentary. be willing to take responsibility, show initiative, be a problem solver and safe pair of hands
be from business support services background or from a media agency. An Internet based industry background would be particularly desirable.
