Civil supervisor (Freshers and Experieced) - Job Code:CIK1828

Civil supervisor manages multiple site portfolio and is responsible for all operational activities, safety, emergency response, regulatory compliance, collocation, customer interaction, re-development, and development. Site Supervisor may be required to troubleshoot radio repeaters and systems.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ensure 100% compliance with all centrall, State, and Municipal Regulations for ATC owned/managed assets and personnel.
Manage the satisfactory completion of Repair & Maintenance (R&M) work completed by sub-contractors or internal crews.
Manage the satisfactory completion of Capital Improvement, Development, and Re-development work completed by sub-contractors or internal crews.
Timely completion of all inspections. Inspections include, but are not limited to – Universal Form, Quarterly Light Inspection, Environmental Audit, Site Inspection.
Utilization of dispatching software to optimize and plan out a daily schedule of tickets.
Ensure all customer application, leasing and installation activity is completed within the current company required cycle times. Includes, but are not limited to – Field Verification, Site Sketch, Notice to Proceed, and Closeout Documentation.
Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of data input and maintained in OASIS, Remedy, Universal Form and other operations related databases and trackers.
Ensure the proper integration of all documentation for all maintenance, collocation, re-development and development work completed.
Participate in Architectural &Engineering (A&E) design and review documentation to ensure the integrity of the existing asset and/or new asset to be built.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Performs the installation, optimization, integration and maintenance of a wide variety of wireless and non-wireless telecommunications equipment.
Must be available for emergency situations 24-7 (accessible by cell phone and/or email)
Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of general administrative work to include daily reports, safety reports, purchase order requests and change order requests.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills
Basic knowledge of OSHA requirements within the construction industry.
Demonstrate strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Self-starter, team player, results-oriented
