Telesales Lead/Manager Are you a natural leader? Do you like leading a team of telesales reps to help them be the best they can be? If you are looking for an opportunity to work with an up and coming company as a team lead demonstrating how to sell while leading others. As a Telesales Team Leader, you will work with telesales team members to provide inspirational leadership, motivation, soft skills and sales coaching. Provide specific sales training, call monitoring, production tracking, & constructive feedback to team members on a daily basis to increase their sales skills & improve overall production. Job Responsibilities: Lead a team of 12-18 Telesales Representatives to improve overall productivity and efficiency of the team while creating a positive & competitive work environment. Review both live and recorded sales calls with team members, provide feedback to enhance sales skills and document coaching sessions appropriately. Deliver & train all team members on new marketing material, sales promotions, call flow, technical elements, and product awareness. Conduct training sessions with new team members on new products, processes and sales techniques. Review production with team members in one-on-one coaching sessions while detailing specific action plans for improvement. Conduct team meetings, team competitions & reward team members for their accomplishments while fostering a professional work environment. Ensure schedule adherence along with call coverage and attendance guidelines. Help to recruit, hire, and train new team members for the Telesales Channel. Coordinate with other Telesales Team Leaders to ensure proper culture & growth of the channel overall. Teamwork between our leadership team is critical. Communicate personnel analysis, production issues, non-production concerns, or any other imperative matters with the Telesales Channel Leader. Communicate all new process changes and compensation adjustments to team members in a timely manner. Implement & execute detailed plans to; increase production, improve efficiency, reduce fallout/pullbacks, increase sales closing rates, and maintain call quality assurance. Help team members set production goals & put a plan together to achieve their goals. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications: Proven capability within a results-oriented Team Leader role. Passionate & successful sales expert with a history of teaching sales skills. Minimum of 3 years experience in telephone sales with knowledge of sales flow, psychology of sales, and technical components of sales. Minimum of one year in a Telesales Leadership role. Excellent computer, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Must be flexible with work hours, available to work nights & weekends.
