Job Summary:
Growing start-up firm seeking an Office Manager to join their team immediately!

The Office Manager will be the point-person for all office projects. The ideal candidate will be meticulously organized, detailed, and deadline driven.

Main Responsibilities:
-Screen telephone calls and greet customers
-Coordinates timing and logistics for meetings
-Book conference rooms
-Order catering for meetings and special events
-Create expense reports
-Multi-task and work on many projects simultaneously
-Order supplies, restock and maintain inventory
-Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
-Handle confidential material and general office management duties
-Administrative support for HR and Finance departments as needed

Qualifications:
-At least 3-5 years of administrative support in fast-paced environment
-MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
-Must be flexible, willing to help out wherever needed
-Articulate, polished, and professional
-Ability to interface with people of all levels
-Ability to work with multiple deadlines in an ever changing environment
-Previous start-up experience a plus

Quality Engineer

Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer role is responsible as the key liaison between manufacturing and the customer,
ensuring that overall customer quality and regulatory requirements and expectations are met and
product meets all specifications.

Understanding of, and primary customer interface for all customer quality specifications and
requirements

Facilitate resolution of proactive quality initiatives; continuous improvements, preventative
actions, mistake-proofing, etc.

Facilitate resolution of reactive quality initiatives; containment/root cause/corrective actions,
customer issues, etc.

Facilitate and participate in quality metrics reporting and communication

Coach and mentor individuals and cross-functional teams in quality systems, tools, and philosophies

Define and manage all customer quality plans

Facilitate all quality-related activities associated with customer product introductions within
PPQP, etc.

Approval of all product changes (ECOs, deviations, validations, etc.) to ensure customer
requirements and expectations are met, and verification that changes are correctly implemented.

Monitor processes (through auditing, metrics, etc.) to ensure product health.

Support quote and contract review process, ensuring customer quality requirements are met

PCBA, Mechanical Assembly and Electronics Manufacturing experience is required.

Working knowledge of quality systems and tools for applicable industry requirements (i.e. AS,
medical, etc.)

Working knowledge of manufacturing process standards (IPC, etc.)

Advanced Lean and Six Sigma skills

Strong cross-functional team building skills

Ability to lead and multi-task in a dynamic environment

Ability to quantify and assess benefits/risks of process improvements

Key Skills: Quality Engineer ,Diploma Mechanical, Able to handle inspection.
