The goal of the strategy and execution team is to facilitate the development and execution of a global coordinated strategy, while ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and helping to drive new revenue streams. The team will partner with senior management team and all lines of business to develop, refine, communicate and execute their strategies globally, while ensuring a focus on local markets. The key focus for 2010 will be partnering with Corporate Strategy to identify and articulate the most important corporate objectives, align the efforts of these work streams, and ensure the execution of an integrated strategy. Additionally, the group will participate in a variety of cross-functional projects aimed at improving alignment and integration, as well as cultivating and transferring knowledge between the region and the center. 

Role Description
The Product Leader is responsible for supporting the Strategy & Execution team in the coordination of strategies and plans. S/he has responsibility for supporting various aspects of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that all deliverables and due dates are met. This position requires a highly collaborative and analytical individual who can work under pressure, cross-functionally and manage aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.

Major Accountabilities
Demonstrate understanding of Global Products and Services business units in order to help develop, communicate and execute strategy 
Support the development, refinement and communication of division strategies through analysis, synthesis, presentations and syndication 
Manage specific strategic planning and research activities that facilitate overall growth. Provide insights and information for new and ongoing efforts
Work with various internal and external groups in order to understand and apply consumer/market trends that may affect the strategy of various lines of business. Monitor marketplace developments and events impacting the overall global payments landscape
Contribute to key senior management presentations to assist in the communication and execution of divisional and individual business unit strategic plans
Collaborate with key cross-functional colleagues that are engaged in the definition, communication and execution of global, individual business unit strategies

Strong data analysis skills: quantitative, qualitative, conceptual
Strong presentation development skills in both Powerpoint and Excel
Strategic thinking and frameworks
Ability to make recommendations & synthesis data.

Support and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA infrastructure including Oracle Application Server, Web Services Manager, Oracle Service Registry, Enterprise Service Bus, Business Rules, BPEL Process Manager, Business Activity Monitoring and IDM
SOA platform administration and troubleshooting
Actively participate in the development of a SOA Center of Excellence by establishing and documenting development and administration patterns and best practices, maintaining SOA standards, and mentoring others.

Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The majority of responsibilities will include the support and maintenance of the company computing environment for the B to C website and eCommerce back office environment by identifying system requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance and supporting the needs of the eCommerce and marketing divisions in performing day to day administration. Further responsibilities will include participating in design, IT strategy, implementation and migration of new systems.

Liaise between the business & service providers to investigate & facilitate user/departmental problems and needs and determine possible solutions.

Participate in the strategy, design, development, implementation, installation, and testing of application software, business intelligence, finance, eCommerce, reporting and marketing; in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

Establish system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure.

Gain knowledge of the eCommerce systems to train and assist users with system operations. Help end users with data migration tasks (bulk load of information). Work with the software provider to help resolve end user issues.

Selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks; defining system and operational policies and procedures.

Upgrade systems by conferring with vendors and service providers to evaluate, test and install software upgrades.

Monitor and analyze system performance and execute performance tuning activities; troubleshoot system hardware, software, networks and operating systems; design and execute system load/stress testing; escalate application problems to vendor.

Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions; develop system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation procedures; establish and test disaster recovery policies and procedures; complete back-ups; maintain system documentation.

Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.

0 to 5 years relevant experience in web and system technology administration and maintenance.

Minimum of 2 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/GP/RMS platform. Proven experience customizing Dynamics to meet the specific needs of the business through data analysis, programming technologies, concepts and techniques. Experience with the latest version of Dynamics is a plus.

Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft technologies. Dynamics CRM, GP, RMS and SQL Certification is a plus.

Knowledge of Web Services architecture, Web Services Management tools and experience in developing and consuming web services, as well as, best practices in web systems including security, performance, standards, procedures, controls, and web technical design and architecture.

Experience with IIS, MS SQL 2008 and later (or other enterprise-class RDBMS), Reports and web development (HTML, DHTML, Javascript, PHP, AJAX, etc) and Operating systems; including Windows and Linux.

A solid understanding of Windows foundations and framework strongly preferred.

Experience in eRetail, eCommerce, retail and manufacturing environment, with a broad understanding of Order Management, eCommerce, CRM, Fulfillment concepts preferred.

One Sharepoint installation, starting from design to deployment, is desirable.

Blue Cherry ERP experience is a plus.

Strong Mail experience is a plus.

proven experience with .NET, Java, ASP, XML is a plus.

Experience in application/system architect/design is a plus.

Experienced with Linux administration. Must be able to apply patches and updates
Familiar with one or more of the following SOA tools: BPEL, BAM, OID, LDAP, Enterprise Service Bus Web services / middleware administration
Must be able to pass a background and credit investigation in order to secure a public trust clearance
Willing and able to commute and work every day in Winchester, VA
