Service Technician


Job Summary:

Technical support professional to work with customers and staff over the telephone and on site, nationwide. Advanced troubleshooting skills are required at both the systems level and also at board component level.  This is an excellent opportunity for a multifaceted individual to exercise their talents.  The position provides a wide range of opportunities that may include web development, prototyping, product design, test development and research.   
Responsibilities Include:
Handle inbound calls for technical assistance.
Provide assistance in product selection and application.
Component level product repair and testing.
Travel to customer site for installation and repair of systems.
Configuration of systems.
R&D of new products and procedures.
 Candidate must interface easily with existing administration and support.
Candidate should have technical background in communications systems and/or software along with troubleshooting skills to board component level.
