Responsible for handling End to End Recruitment right from sourcing and screening of profiles, scheduling and interview follow-ups till the closures.Responsible for conducting the initial HR round to check the candidates on various aspects.Handling entire recruitment process from Resourcing,searching, screening,target hunting,negotiating and recruiting candidates Use effective Resourcing strategies such as Head Hunting,Networking, Employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing.Candidates with extensive experience in recruitments, clear understanding of the requirements, recruitment process, & should have good flair to latest technologies.
