The responsibilities of the Account Manager
Develop new business opportunities and capture additional market share throughout the state.
Contract negotiations, and account acquisition
Manage client accounts to achieve sales goals

Consult with clients to manage conflicts and deliver staffing solutions.

Assist with the initial interview, testing, and hiring of qualified candidates.

Web Deployment Tester (Front-End Post Production Testing and QA)

Specific test plan creation and execution experience in software environment
Online ecommerce experience, preferable
Demonstrable project management skills in a professional services environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely and effectively with teams
Experience with online contact channels desirable  (Chat/email/knowledge base/VOIP/CMS/CRM)
Experience crafting and managing testing procedures
Ability to analyze results and optimize to drive success
Experience in developing business rules, scripting and test plans is an asset
A thorough understanding of information architecture, and proven project management skills are required.

Working with the Development team and Optimization teams and business users to perform execution testing based on documented business requirements
Will create and complete test plans for each new client configuration and is responsible for testing all pre-launch configurations.  This will include business rules, surveys, system configurations, graphic presentation, reporting and surveys.
Create, document and execute test strategies for internal and external releases.
Work closely with QA department to align testing protocol and process.
Responsible for identifying, logging, escalating and verifying defects contained within new and existing executions
Test functionality of new features, site enhancements and bug fixes
Work closely with Development, Optimization and Operations teams to diagnose, verify and resolve UI issues and client side issues
Manage and perform regression testing after all product releases
Report bugs, errors and tracking issues using appropriate process
Provide feedback to Optimization, Development & Operations team
Explore new technologies to improve testing efficiency and processes
Experience in functional and UI testing with a solid understanding of QA procedures and technical support processes
Creative problem solver who works both well independently and as part of a team; able to foster and develop other’s ideas as well as his/her own.
Ability to multitask and switch priorities as needed
Strong communication and written skills
