The Account Executive is a Field Sales role where the person is responsible for end-to-end management of a set of accounts for Dell’s Commercial business in India. The person would be responsible to drive the sale of Dell’s client, enterprise, software & services offerings in these accounts. The account set would be a mix of India based MNC’s, Corporates, Medium Business.

Key responsibilities:
·         Responsible for end-to-end ownership of set of Dell Accounts and increase the SOW for Dell in those accounts.
·         Leads the sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage the accounts.
·         Understand the customers’ business and solution requirements and drive sales by positioning of Dell value propositions.
·         Will carry a revenue and margin target.
·         Engaging & managing the relationships at the highest level in the account.
·         Develop and plan account strategies and activities for specified accounts such as, selecting products for calls, identifying buyer influences, overcoming objections, introducing new products, making sales presentations and negotiating discount points.
·         Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.


Role Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales experience in IT hardware / solution selling is preferred
- Sound understanding of client & enterprise products (desktop, laptops, server, storage, services)
- Experience in dealing with Corporate/MNC / B2B sales is preferred
- should have excellent communication skills
- Should be able to articulate the views and effectively interact at CXO level and clients.
