Responsibilities of the Document Processing Specialist are to scan legal documents using a high-speed scanner and clean and manipulate pages using image-editing software to improve legibility and overall appearance. This is not a graphic artist or designer position. The primary responsibilities for this position include all tasks involved with the overall management of the document processing system, e.g. workflow management, process enhancement, performance reporting. EOE Requirements Successful candidates must possess the highest level of commitment to customer satisfaction, demonstrate strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, good organizational skills, have excellent communication skills and be able to develop best practices for the overall document-processing unit. This position requires the ability to monitor document processing queues to ensure turn times are met, identify and resolve issues between applicable parties and the skills to work under tight deadlines, handling multiple projects and prioritizing work tasks. We require PC experience in a Windows-based environment; prior document scanning experience is preferred, but not required.
