Job Summary:
Growing start-up firm seeking an Office Manager to join their team immediately!

The Office Manager will be the point-person for all office projects. The ideal candidate will be meticulously organized, detailed, and deadline driven.

Main Responsibilities:
-Screen telephone calls and greet customers
-Coordinates timing and logistics for meetings
-Book conference rooms
-Order catering for meetings and special events
-Create expense reports
-Multi-task and work on many projects simultaneously
-Order supplies, restock and maintain inventory
-Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
-Handle confidential material and general office management duties
-Administrative support for HR and Finance departments as needed

Qualifications:
-At least 3-5 years of administrative support in fast-paced environment
-MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
-Must be flexible, willing to help out wherever needed
-Articulate, polished, and professional
-Ability to interface with people of all levels
-Ability to work with multiple deadlines in an ever changing environment
-Previous start-up experience a plus
