Reports directly to the Management.This position responsible for the communication in person and by telephone with all business associates. This position encompasses the clerical and daily office operational activities: screen and direct telephone calls; maintain files; coordinate mailings; obtain and organize information; schedule appointments; provide receptionist services; type and proofread reports; data entry into database system and varies clerical duties, correspondence, memoranda and purchase orders, etc; perform related work. These include the records of all members of management. Also responsible for making necessary arrangements for business trips.
Excellent command of the English and Russian languages a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent phone skills. Excellent Interpersonal Skills Ability to maintain accurate written records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Overall computer literacy a must. Should be able to handle pressure and maintain discipline & decorum.

The Business Analysts will be integrating data sources to enhance system integration and productivity. The Analysts will be responsible for capturing requirements and following the RUP methodologies.The Business Analysts will work with cross functional project teams and the systems by interacting effectively and working collaboratively with the team. The Analysts will then engage with the assigned developer(s) and guide the application enhancements to ensure they meet the agreed to requirements.The Analysts should be able to manage multiple projects and have a very good understanding of the software development process/lifecycle.The Business Analysts must be able to see the bigger picture and take initiative and work independently with the conflicting demands on time and resources. Must be capable of quickly adapting to changing priorities within the fast-paced environment and be flexible to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner.It would be a major plus if the Business Analysts had financial modeling experience as some of projects will involve the analysis of the existing Excel based Valuation tool as well as developing requirements specification.
