Developing and managing a software testing environment.Develops Test Plans Test Cases Test Scripts and Test Reports. Conducts unit integration system regression and performance testing. Uses and manages both manual and automated testing tools and techniques.Provide Software analysis and conducts testing activities to include unit integration system regression and performance testing.The individual selected for this role will need to understand the process of creating a detailed test plan based on requirements and/or business rules and then implement automation for regression testing purposes. Individual will be looked upon to lead others through the process of maximizing use of existing tools.In addition they must also be able to perform routine duties of performing defined steps for processing internal payroll and billing files using an internal process on Clarity PMIS application. Individual will be expected to learn the basic modules of this application to understand how they work together to produce our billing and payroll interface files. Individual will be expected to assist others in utilizing the PMIS application to its capabilities.
