We are seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Engineer to maintain, manage, secure, document, and improve a brand new and rapidly growing CUBE+UCCX+CUCM v10.5 Unified Communications contact center environment which serves our multiple sites, primarily the US contact centers.

Depending on experience, the person to fill this role may be named as team leader.

Qualifications

Cisco network administration is part of this role including switching, VLANs, 802.1q, Cisco ASA (VPN, NAT, etc), OSPF Routing on ISR gen 3 routers, and last but not least QoS at multiple layers.

5+ years of relevant VOIP experience desired.

CCNA Routing and Switching and CCNP Collaboration or R+S will have high preference in this role.

Must have solid experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, including bulk administration, provisioning and management of endpoints and users accounts

Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Unified Presence, Jabber, Cisco audio and video conferencing and experience with traditional PBX and voicemail system integration to a UC environment are desired

Experience with voice gateways and CUBE, SIP, SCCP, digital PRI/T1, analog FXO/FXS, Cisco Unified Border Element, media resources, SRST.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills required

Strong troubleshooting skills required including debugging, testing, working with Cisco TAC and other vendor support efficiently.

Specific Responsibilities

• Provide lead engineering and support on all UC infrastructure including by not limited to all session border controllers, voice gateways, voice circuits (IP or TDM), Cisco Telepresence Infrastructure

• Assess, design and document business users highly technical requirements

• Convert requirements into actionable scope of work

• Engineer, configure and lead the design, configuration and deployment of all Unified Communications infrastructure

• Evaluate and certify unified communications hardware and software

• Manage all Unified Communications vendor relationships – escalate issues when appropriate

• Perform infrastructure system maintenances, upgrades and migrations.

• Review data monitoring stats and confirm SLAs with platforms and carriers are being met

• Provide tier 2-3 unified communications support to 400 users

• Work with IT Management team to direct UC platform roadmap

Business Unit – Retail Assets.

Job Purpose:

Principal Accountabilities of the Role:-

1. Reach the Targets set for Business and Contribution.

Sourcing, converting leads to Business, negotiation and Monitoring growth

He / She should have thorough knowledge on the preparation of Credit proposals, Credit administration, Credit risk, Credit Monitoring – Specifically ARB Advances Portfolio.

Credit Marketing and achieving given target.

Putting up of proposals collecting all the requisite details to the appropriate sanctioning authority.

Obtaining proper documents and presenting the same to appropriate authorities (CAPU) for clearance and disbursal of the loan / advances.

Adhering to all the sanction terms & conditions, and closely monitoring the account.

Obtaining of data from the customers, as per the sanction terms and putting up the same to the appropriate authorities with their comments.

Attending to RBA and other Inspections, Audit, RBI audits, and attending all their queries.

Monthly reporting the data to ARB Department: ROCO.

Claiming subsidy and maintaining registers wherever applicable.

Participation in BLBC / DCC meetings

Maintaining Healthy portfolio

Monitoring, periodical reviews/renewals of existing limits, Unit visits, discuss with clients for suggesting corrective measures etc., for mutual benefit.

Periodical inspection of securities / Unit Inspection, and reporting of the same to the higher ups with observations if any.

2. Cross selling

Provide leads; suggest suitable products to ARB clients to improve contribution and client base. I.e. Marketing of other services of IVBL & subsidiary services of IVBL/IVL

3.  Reduction of NPA

Recovery, Monitoring, compromise through negotiations (or) resort to legal recourse.

4.  Reach PSA, Agri and Weaker Section Goals

Identify specific segments/activities to finance, which qualify for PSA, Agri and Weaker sections.

5.  Data integrity.

Ensure data integrity and proper tagging of ARB assets.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate in Agricultural sciences is preferred.Preferably in Agricultural Sciences like Agri, Horti, Seri, Dairy, Veterinary sciences etc

Preferably BE / B.Tech/ BCA

Relevant Experience.

0-2 years at the branch level -front end.

Credit Analysis is a pre-sanction credit process in Middle Office. The scope of this process includes corporate customers. Credit Analysis is an individual contributor role in which a Credit Analyst will be handed over a portfolio of multinational corporate, global financial institutions or large corporate customers based out of the UK.

A member of Middle Office responsible for supporting nominated RDs who are developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Larger Business customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Detailed financial analysis

Analyse legal and structured subordination

Adherence to lending procedures

Making recommendations and suggestions

Requirements for IJP for the position of Assistant Manager - Credit Analysis - Middle Office

·  Prior experience in corporate credit analysis in a global bank

·  Strong financial statements analysis skills

·  Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS

·  Strong ability to analyse management information, unaudited and audited accounts

·  Knowledge of corporate banking products and exposure to core banking systems/applications

·  A good knowledge of Risk management (account opening, health and safety, fraud prevention, money laundering)
