Administer, maintain, and monitor servers for many clients in multiple locations including the central hosting facility. Ensure corporate and client environments are operational and available on a 24/7 basis. Provide system performance analysis and tuning. Be responsible for day-to-day maintenance including user account management and security, data back-up and recovery, installation of systems and software, installation of system patches, and collaborating with team members on issue resolutions. Document systems, configurations, and operational instructions. Develop proposals for recommending upgrades for software / hardware. Plan for sizing and scaling of servers. Must have the ability to work independently, establish priorities, and occasionally work during unusual hours. Exp 1+
