Customer Quality Engineer

Responsibilities will include:



  • Comprehend & advocate customer quality & fit-for-use requirements & applying to NSC products and business processes
  • Resolve customer quality issues and proliferate learnings to prevent recurrence.
  • Qualification support of new products as well changes to products with customers. 
  • Driving systematic improvements to reduce overall product return rate (dppm).
  • Partnering with marketing and sales organization to market NSC’s quality to customers for revenue growth.
  • The role requires broad based technical skills on the different products coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to represent National with the customer.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of device physics, semiconductor processes and electrical device functionality and technical experience in analog semiconductor components. BSEE, 5 to 8 years experience or MSEE, 4 to 7 years experience.
