Brief statement of the job - Executive Search Consultant
Responsibilities include –
  • Understand the client Job Description
  • Identify sales and P&L Leadership talent in the market using job boards, networking tools, cold calling etc.
  • Interviewing candidates to identify their preferences.
  • Match candidates to job openings with the clients
  • Hand hold the candidates and clients through the selection process.
  • Facilitate logistics to ensure the candidate and the client meet to discuss. 
  • Interact with the client POC for logistical support where necessary
  • Where necessary, help client with creating Job Descriptions
  • Where necessary, help candidates with resume formatting
Background/ Critical skills / traits
  
3-7 years experience in Contingent or retained Executive Search space. Experience in IT/BPO will be of interest.
·         Proven experience of closing sales and P&L positions
          Good knowledge of Outsourcing/offshoring
·         Vertical familiarity (understands key trends and pain points in industry, is able to link them to IT needs)
·         Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills coupled with strong market/customer driven orientation
·        Ability to work in a multi-cultural organization and build strong relationships
