Key Skills and Qualifications
The qualified candidate should have:
· A university degree or a community college diploma in computer science OR equivalent experience.
· Minimum 5 years of related experience.
· Experience with development of proprietary systems from concept to rollout.
· Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of the software development life cycle.
· Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership and training skills.
· Impeccable skills in written and verbal communication.
· Ability to work within and contribute to a strong, diverse performance based team environment.
· Ability to work independently with focus on critical path deliverables.
· Ability to present technical options and alternatives.
· Ability to perform full unit testing on all components of a system.
· Microsoft certification with strong experience with C/C++ design and development, .NET, VB Compilers, C#, ASP/ASPX
