Once qualified, you’ll be pretty much responsible for running your own day. So you’ll need to be really customer focused and self reliant. To help you with this we encourage all our apprentices to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme as part of your personal development.
As far as the basics are concerned, you’ll need at least four GCSEs, grade C or equivalent. By the end of the course, you’ll also need to hold a full UK driving licence. If you haven’t learned to drive already, we’ve teamed up with the AA to offer discounts on lessons.
You don’t need previous experience. But if you do have a background in a customer-facing role, so much the better. Aside from that, we’re looking for fast learners who’ll be keen to make the most of a great opportunity.
