We're looking for graduates who are passionate, hard working and full of initiative. There are a huge number of opportunities open to you at ISS - and you'll need to be the kind of person who's going to grab them with both hands. Leadership and Communication skills are an absolute must, you'll be somebody who's hungry to succeed. Because if it's success you're looking for, there really isn't a better place to be.

The Candidate 
What are we looking for from you?
A minimum of a 2:2
Energy, enthusiasm, determination with a can do attitude
Personal Skills to be an inspiring people leader
Plenty of confidence
Thrive in a challenging environment
Someone who enjoys working in a customer service environment
Aspiration to be one of our senior managers of the future
Ideally you will have graduated in Hospitality Business Management or have an equivalent qualification
