Helpdesk / Support / Administration - Great entry-level IT role - Permanent


Leading software vendor

This is a great opportunity to step into IT on the service desk of a leading software vendor. The role involves the support of customers over a range of products. You will be responsible for the maintenance of client accounts and the provision of advice to both external and internal customers.

The service desk operates Monday to Friday, with no shift-work required.

Successful applicants will have:
A passion for IT
Proven customer service experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Competence across MS applications
A tertiary education in IT

Previous experience working in account administration in technical and / or call-centre environments will be looked upon favourably.
