IT Service Desk Analyst

Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, the successful candidate will provide 1st level and some 2nd level support as required. The Service Desk Analyst will assist with the installation and configuration of new and existing hardware and software, as well as reporting and monitoring of systems. They will also maintain documentation and assist with end user guidance and training.

In conjunction with the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also

• Perform basic user administration and routine tasks for systems.
• Assist with procurement processes.
• Assist team with reporting and monitoring of systems.
• Monthly telecom bill analysis and reporting

To be successful in this role you will need to have

• IT Certificate IV or higher
• Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Desired Competencies include Microsoft accreditation and ITIL certification.
