RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN ASSISTANT
PROMINENT ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY

To be considered for this role you must possess a minimum 3 years experience in reception/administration roles within the engineering/construction Industry.

Responsibilities will include;

Reception including answering phones and screening of visitors
Developing and updating of administration procedure manuals
Collect ion and distribution of mail
Updating organisational charts and seating plans
General maintenance of meeting rooms, the reception area and utilities rooms
Assisting new starters with their building access, security cards and and work station allocations
Filing, photocopying, printing, faxing and scanning
Essential skills and experience include;

Strong communication skills
A minimum of 3 years Reception/Admin experience within the engineering/construction industry
Excellent time management skills
Composure under pressure
