Restaurant Assistant Manager –

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Promote restaurant sales growth and profits
  • Thoroughly train restaurant workforce
  • Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
  • Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Maintain a highly clean restaurant at all times
  • Exhibit Love's pledge of "doing what is right for our employees" at all times

Minimum Requirements


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 - 3 years restaurant management/supervision experience
  • Experience managing operations with an annual sales volumes
  • Experience supervising and training 3 - 10 employees
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proven budget and P&L skills
  • PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Relocation may be required
  • Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
