5 plus years experience with Siebel/ OBIEE/OLAP/CPM reporting
Proficient with BI Publisher and Smartview
Hyperion Essbase & Financial Management a plus
Experience with Unix/Linux
Siebel 7.8/8.0x architecture and application

Able to architect the BI platform
Analyze pro and cons decisions and make/implement the BI recommendations
Communicate at all levels of the organization, IT, customer, Sr. Management
Identify issues to management and provide possible solutions

Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.

Oracle CRM professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle CRM solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in Oracle CRM application design and configuration, technical architecture, integration, testing, conversion and deployment.

Siebel Development professionals develop and architect Siebel application solutions. They maintain current skills in Siebel technical infrastructure and data architecture/integration.

Key responsibilities may include:

Documenting business requirements
Performing application design activities (e.g., designing user interface, usability testing)
Assisting in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and software solution
Creating functional requirements as an input to application design (Functional & Technical)
Assisting with build, test, and deploy activities
Executing test actives
Administering tools (e.g., testing tools)
Ability to meeting client's travel requirements of 100%

1 year of Siebel configuration and application development experience
1 year of technical design experience
Bachelors Degree Required

Understanding of EAI, EIM and how Siebel interacts with different legacy systems
1 year of experience with Siebel e-Script
Proficient in the additional functionality of the Siebel Application (how it interacts with Haley Rules, BI Publisher, Contact Center Anywhere (CCA),  & other Oracle Edge Applications)

Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
