The team is looking for an IT Group Manager to become the IT Billing Platform Owner (PO) to oversee all IT efforts in the Billing platform and the QAS/Fusion system. The GM will be a member of the CRM IT DRG, will represent CRM, IT and Company needs, and will help the business drive toward distinctive service and competitive prices. The new PO will contribute to the advancement and implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives in concert with advancing significant IT transformation initiatives underway.Once hired, the chosen candidate will execute on these expectations: - Establish strong partnership with the Business Billing Platform Owner- Manage the Billing IT Organization including service mgmt functions, and support enterprise wide billing needs- Direct and operate the QAS/Fusion system- Align staffing and work assignments within Governance allocations- Increase system quality and availability while reducing costs and deliver value within targeted timeframes- Ensure work complies with IT Guiding Principles, Architectural Standards and aligns with platform and enterprise roadmaps- Build the needed versatility within your organization to staff needs - Sponsor Enterprise, CRM BF and Platform projects to guide them to successful completionThe successful candidate attributes are: - Managed teams and mid to large organizations (40+) responsible for distributed or mainframe application development in Fortune 500 companies as an IT Leader - Can drive IT strategic direction at the business functional level- Develops staff and leaders within the organization - Brings the outside in infusing new ideas, and seeks to understand the changing landscape of the IT industry- Puts priority on setting context (why and value) for direction within their organization - Measures and communicates organizational productivity, quality, and performance- In summary, the successful candidate will be a strong and proven leader.
