IT Service Compliance Analyst

Service management
Processes, governance and compliance.
Experienced IT Service Compliance Analyst required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the delivery of quality services of the Technology Division through service management processes, governance and compliance.

This role requires the incumbent to:
Be able to respond to emergency situations as required, on a 24x7 basis to meet business needs.

General Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years experience working in a large Information Technology (IT) service delivery or IT governance environment.
Demonstrated ability in applying quality assurance principles to service delivery in a technology environment.
Demonstrated ability in process design.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficiency to an intermediate level using MS Word, MS Visio, MS Project and MS Excel.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Effective time management and personal organisation skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a small team.
Experience in Business Process Management Notation (BPMN).
Experience in application of ISO/IEC 200000 Foundations.

ITIL V3.0 Foundations Certification.
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.

ITIL V3.0 capability Release, Control and Validation.
ITIL V3.0 capability Service Offerings and Agreements.
