Essential requirements for this role:

Proven excellent customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

IT Skills required for this role:

Hardware - understanding of how PC hardware interacts to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
Windows Administration - experience installing and administering features in windows.
Networking Experience - experience setting up and administering networks including basic routers, DNS, DHCP, NetBIOS and TCP/IP.
Microsoft Suite -   Experience using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Not necessary but a bonus:

Windows 2003 Server - Experience installing and administering Windows Server 2003 inc users and group, DHCP server, DNS server and active directory.
Previous experience in the Audio Visual industry.
Experience using multimedia software – media playing software, media editing software, finding and installing required codec’s, video capture and audio records, video and audio editing.

Duties:

Assist in repair & maintenance of AV & IT equipment.
Warehouse cleaning & maintenance.
Pre delivery equipment configuration
Installation of IT and AV equipment
Basic troubleshooting and tech support
Comply with stock inventory procedures
Other duties as requested by Operations Manager
