You will be energized by being part of the on-site IT recruitment team in our highly successful RPO solution.
You will work closely with the business to:
Manage multiple concurrent IT/Telco recruitment briefs
Undertake strategic sourcing activities for specialist roles
Provide input to recruitment strategy and workforce trends
Forge effective relationships with hiring managers
What we would like to see on your resume is significant recruitment experience in the IT/Telco sectors, and hopefully some of that may have been in an internal or on-site environment. Other skills you will need are strong candidate and relationship management skills and the ability to work well as part of a talented motivated team.
