Product Specialist ( PAS ) will support developers in developing a deep understanding of the Patient Administration domain, analyse and specify application behaviour into quality requirements specification and function design documentation as well as liaise with technical and development teams to produce the required functionality.
Product Specialist / Implementation Specialist - Key Responsibilities
define, document and maintain detailed business requirements and functional content for products in the Patient Administration domain
provide expert knowledge and act as reference source for the relevant domain
maintain relationships with key customers, and organistion and knowledge of market trends
accurately analyse and specify application behaviour in to quality requirement specification and functional design documentation
support developers in developing a deep understanding of the Patient Administration domain
Product Specialist / Implementation Specialist - Qualification and Experience
experience of IT Healthcare systems - PAS, EPR
functional understanding of IT Healthcare products such as PAS, EPR - e.g. Cerner Millennium, Lorenzo, TrakCare, RiO, SystemOne
strong communication, interpersonal skills.
