Retail IT Implementation Officer.

Opportunity for a team player to use their initiative and unbeatable customer service and communication skills to help fellow team with their daily IT queries.

Working closing with the Infrastructure manager, you will be managing the implementation of a new integrated EFTPOS solution into our Australian based Retail stores.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing third party implementation schedules
Performing quality assurance checks for each store implementation
Troubleshooting system implementation issues that may arise
Compile technical & user documentation
Perform general I.T. store support tasks

What do you need to apply?
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience on Windows networking including, Active Directory, Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN, WAN, SMTP, VPN etc)
Strong knowledge of windows operating system (XP and Windows 7)
Sound knowledge of IT security concepts and procedures
Great  problem solving skills and business initiative.
Strong communication skills (both written / oral)
Ability to analyze and trouble shoot hardware and software issues.
Good PC assembly skills, and broad functional knowledge of desktop computer hardware
Must be a team player who can work independently
Must be well organized and able to complete administration tasks
