Who we’re looking for:
Sales experience with a real flair for delighting your customers by seeing their needs and linking them back to your products
Ability to learn about our insurance and membership products, our software applications and phone systems then confidently use these together
You must enjoy working in a structured environment, be able to sit for long periods, have excellent listening skills and be a great communicator
You don’t need call centre experience, but you must be able to attend 12 weeks full time, paid training at Eight Mile Plains during your first year of employment.
You should be resilient and goal oriented.  If you can meet and exceed your targets you’ll be rewarded with great sales bonuses.
