Establishing new memberships, share accounts, certificate accounts, IRAs, money market and trust accounts, which are received via website, mail, fax, business development and branches.Providing prompt and accurate services while ensuring that time sensitive functions are completed efficiently and accurately.Locating and determining status of member drafts, debit/credit variances, returned items, etc.Performing daily system file maintenance required to ensure proper member account postings. Approving or denying, within established guidelines, requests received from members to open and/or convert accounts, and communicating the outcomes.Assists team members with technical/operational support.Processes and maintains new and existing IRA and certificate accounts, levy's/garnishments and trust accounts.Prcoesses member data change requests.
