Administrative Assistant

In this role you will:
Provide administrative support across functional groups in the Marketing Department. The person will be working closely with the marketing department leadership team to oversee and manage day to day operations, assigned projects, and administrative activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with marketing leadership team to define project objectives and coordinate tasks required to meet objectives
Manage department financial and accounting activities, including purchase requisitions, invoicing, and expense reporting
Manage employee onboarding / offboarding processes
Plan and organize meetings, events, and travel plans
Assemble, format, and disseminate department communications and information as required
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as requested
Assist in administration and organization of content in Marketing Department SharePoint site
Execute all other reasonable project related and administrative duties as requested by department leadership team

2-5 years of administrative assistant experience required
Proficiency with MS Office Suite required
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business experience
